When I drink, or swallow with my head tilted back I feel pain in the right side of my chest. I only feel that pain when my head is tilted back. I am also dealing with sore throat and heavy breathing . I don t really have a cough. All this has been going on for about 3 days. I am a 31 year old male. 5 10/190. I do smoke . No health problems.
